API integrations that truly connect your systems
Data should flow — not be retyped. We build the connection you can’t buy off the shelf.
Automation platforms are great — as long as there are ready-made blocks for your tools. But when it comes to industry software, large data volumes, special formats, or complex reconciliation rules, they hit limits. That’s when you need a real, coded interface.
We’ve built exactly these integrations into our own products. work247 imports property inventories via OpenImmo XML, Kyero feed, and RESO Web API from realtor software and MLS systems, detects new, changed, and removed objects, and pushes everything into GoHighLevel. Bookique syncs calendars via iCal with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Google. We bring that experience to your stack.
A good interface is one you don’t notice. It runs quietly in the background, handles errors gracefully, logs every sync, and alerts you when something unusual happens.
What makes a great interface
Robust under errors
Timeouts, rate limits, and faulty records are handled, retried, or flagged — without stalling the entire sync.
Built for scale
Pagination, incremental syncs, and queues ensure that even tens of thousands of records arrive reliably.
Auditable
Every import and transfer is logged. You can see when something moved and why a record was rejected.
Bi-directional
Where it makes sense, data flows both ways, with clear rules on which system is authoritative on conflict.
Securely connected
OAuth, encrypted credentials, signed webhooks, and least-privilege access. Only as much permission as necessary.
Independent of third-party platforms
The interface runs on your server. No per-run fees, no dependence on an automation vendor.
Typical integrations
CRM ↔ Shop ↔ ERP
Sync customers, orders, inventory, and invoices between Shopify, HubSpot or GoHighLevel, and your ERP.
Industry formats and feeds
XML standards like OpenImmo, product feeds for marketplaces, CSV imports from suppliers, or iCal calendars.
Your own API for partners
Want to provide data to partners, dealers, or customers? We build a documented, secured API.
Connect legacy systems
Even older software without modern APIs can often be integrated via database access, file exchange, or export interfaces.
How we work
- 01
Analyze systems
Which interfaces do the systems offer? Which data, how often, and in which direction?
- 02
Define the data model
We map fields, clarify edge cases, and define which system leads for which data.
- 03
Develop and test
With test data, then with a copy of your real data — until every edge case is covered.
- 04
Operate with monitoring
The interface runs on your server, with logging and alerts on errors.
FAQ
Fragen zu API integrations
When are Zapier or Make no longer enough?
Typical limits are missing connectors for industry software, very large datasets, complex reconciliation logic, special file formats, or high costs due to many runs. That’s when a dedicated interface pays off.
Our software has no API. Still possible?
Often yes: via export/import functions, SFTP file exchange, direct database access, or email processing. We verify this up front.
Who operates the interface?
We set it up on your own server, monitor it, and adapt it when one of the connected interfaces changes.
