Cronema is an AI software studio and AI agency from Munich. Each of us brings 30+ years of experience across 3D animation, graphic design, editorial work, and web development. We build software for small and mid-sized businesses—from simple websites to complex system software—and run it on our own servers in Germany.

Our name stands for Cross Net Management: connecting and controlling systems across networks. When the name emerged about 15 years ago, it was about servers, networks, and interfaces. Today it’s shops, CRMs, cloud servers, and AI agents. The idea behind it hasn’t changed.

Founder and Managing Director

Developer by passion—from 3D animation to AI-assisted software development.

Manfred started in 3D animation and graphic design before dedicating himself fully to web development. Over the years he has built and extended online shops, customized open-source CRM systems, and delivered countless WordPress projects.

Today he uses Claude Code to develop apps, platform extensions, and bespoke systems for the mid-market—including work247, Bookique, and GARAN-Label. He is responsible for architecture, quality, and operations on servers in Germany.

Rolf Mai

Business partner, marketing and strategy

Strategist with roots in design and editorial—bridging technology and business model.

Rolf comes from graphic design and editorial work and later built his own communications and consulting projects. He advises companies on marketing and content strategy, sales, and digital business models.

At Cronema he ensures AI is applied where it truly moves the needle: in processes, sales, and communications. He translates goals into concepts for AI agents and automation that deliver ROI.
